Istochniki i znachimost' variativnosti potencialov mozga cheloveka v interfejse mozg–komp'yuter

چکیده

V interfejse mozg–komp'yuter na volne P300 (IMK-P300) vybor komand pol'zovatelya vozmozhen za schet fokusirovaniya im vnimaniya vneshnem stimule-komande i vydelenii iz EEG reakcii k etomu stimulu — v vide komponentov potencialov, svyazannyh s sobytiyami (PSS). Dlya polucheniya signala PSS stimuly neobhodimo mnogokratno povtoryat', odnako vvidu sushchestvuyushchej variativnosti latentnosti reakcij otdel'nye usrednennye mogut davat' iskazhennoe predstavlenie o haraktere takih reakcij, a takzhe snizhat' tochnost' raboty interfejsa. Cel'yu bylo razrabotat' effektivnyj sposob vyyavleniya effektov ucheta etih IMK-P300, vyyavit' vozmozhnoe vliyanie psihofiziologicheskih faktorov harakter PSS. izucheniya mekhanizmov my proveli IMK-issledovanie 19 zdorovyh ispytuemyh, gde ispol'zovali vydelenie korrekciyu prostranstvennyh komponentah N1 P300, igrayushchih klyuchevuyu rol' klassifikacii IMK-P300. Etot podhod obespechil bolee vysokuyu po sravneniyu ispol'zovaniem obychnyh otvedenij EEG, pri etom naibol'shij rost 10% nablyudalsya minimal'nom chisle povtorov stimulov. Takzhe modifikacii interfejsa, pozvolyayushchie obespechit' vysokij uroven' zadache chetkuyu fiksaciyu vzglyada celevyh ob"ektah, sposobstvovali povysheniyu amplitud posredstvom snizheniya edinichnye stimuly. Poluchennye rezul'taty podcherkivayut vazhnuyu processov dayut instrument dlya ih nauchnogo izucheniya, razrabotki perspektivnyh sistem IMK.
